Why Naturopathic Medicine?
Your body doesn’t work in separate parts. Stress can affect your sleep. Hormones can affect your mood. Gut health can affect anxiety, energy, and focus.
Many people come to naturopathy because they’re dealing with issues like fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems, digestive issues, hormonal symptoms, skin concerns, or fertility challenges.
These issues are often treated separately in conventional care, but naturopathic medicine looks at the full picture.
Dr. Anna Graczyk takes time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and patterns so you can address what’s actually contributing to your symptoms.
Appointments are longer and more thorough than typical doctor visits. You leave with clear answers, natural treatment options, and a plan that makes sense for your body.
At Statera, Dr. Anna focuses on mental health and reproductive health. Two areas where people are often dismissed, rushed, or told “everything’s fine” when they know it’s not.
Is naturopathic care for you?
This approach is for people who want to understand why they feel the way they do, instead of just masking symptoms.
You might benefit from naturopathic care if...
- Stress, anxiety, brain fog, or poor sleep are affecting your daily life
- You feel constantly tired, burnt out, or low-energy even when tests come back “normal”
- Digestive issues like bloating, IBS, food sensitivities, or reflux keep coming back
- Skin conditions like acne, eczema, or rosacea aren’t improving with typical treatments
- You struggle with hormonal symptoms like painful periods, PMS, PMDD, irregular cycles, or PCOS
- You want practical guidance on nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes that make sense for you

Frequently asked questions
Find answers to common questions about naturopathy and our process.
What is naturopathic medicine?
Naturopathic medicine focuses on finding and treating the root cause of health issues rather than just managing symptoms.
It combines modern research with natural approaches like nutrition, lifestyle support, supplements, and lab testing to help you feel better.
Is naturopathic care safe?
Yes. Dr. Anna’s recommendations are based on clinical research and your individual health history. She will always take into account any medications or existing conditions you have before suggesting any treatment or supplement.
What can a naturopath help with?
Naturopathic care can support a wide range of concerns, including:
anxiety, burnout, and sleep issues
hormonal imbalances, PMS, and PCOS
fertility, prenatal, and postpartum health
digestive issues like IBS, bloating, and reflux
skin conditions such as acne or eczema
chronic fatigue, inflammation, and immune support
If something falls outside her scope she will tell you directly and refer you to the right person.
What should I expect from visits?
Your first appointment is 60 to 90 minutes. Dr. Anna will go through your full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
Follow-ups focus on tracking progress, adjusting your plan, and giving clear, practical guidance. It is more thorough than a typical doctor visit.
You leave with clear answers and a practical plan, not just a pamphlet.
Will I need supplements?
Not always. Supplements are one tool, not the default. Dr. Anna looks at nutrition, lifestyle, and other factors first. If supplements are recommended, she will explain exactly why and what to expect from them.
Can I combine naturopathy with therapy?
Yes, and at Statera this is one of the advantages. With your permission, Dr. Anna and your therapist can communicate and coordinate your care so both sides of your health are working together instead of separately.
How long before I notice changes?
It depends on what you are dealing with. Some people notice shifts in energy or sleep within a few weeks. Hormonal and digestive issues typically take longer. Dr. Anna will be upfront with you about realistic timelines from the start.
Is naturopathic medicine covered by insurance?
