Feel calmer, sleep better, hurt less.

Acupuncture and Celluma light therapy provide gentle, evidence-informed support for your mind and body.

What is acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that uses very fine needles at specific points on the body. It has been practiced for thousands of years and is increasingly supported by modern research.

It is commonly used for sleep issues, stress and anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, and hormonal symptoms like PMS or painful periods.

At Statera, acupuncture is offered as part of an integrated wellness approach alongside naturopathic care and therapy. Many clients find it deeply relaxing, with little to no discomfort from the thin needles.

Benefits of acupuncture

What to expect in a session

Your first session includes a health intake and goal discussion. Needles are placed while you rest comfortably for 20–30 minutes. Most clients find it comfortable and leave feeling relaxed and restored.

What is celluma light therapy?

Celluma is an FDA-cleared LED light therapy that uses specific wavelengths of light to support healing at the cellular level. It’s non-invasive, painless, and backed by clinical research.

Different wavelengths target different concerns:

At Statera, Celluma can be used on its own or alongside acupuncture. It’s particularly helpful for chronic pain, inflammation, mood concerns, or as a relaxing add-on to your session.

What to expect in a session

You lie comfortably while the Celluma device is positioned near the treatment area. Sessions usually last about 30 minutes. There’s no heat, no UV, and no discomfort. Many clients combine it with acupuncture for enhanced results.

How these treatments fit into your care

Acupuncture and light therapy aren’t replacements for therapy or naturopathic medicine. They work best as part of a broader approach to your health.

Many clients choose to combine therapy, naturopathic care, and acupuncture because addressing both physical symptoms and emotional wellbeing often leads to deeper, longer-lasting change.
